About This Tour:

As we journey through the Panorama Route, we'll take in the breathtaking views of the Blyde River Canyon, the third largest canyon in the world, and marvel at the natural wonders such as the Bourke's Luck Potholes and God's Window.

 

The route is also steeped in history, with sites such as the Pilgrim's Rest, an old mining town that has been preserved as a living museum, giving us a glimpse into the past. As we make our way to the Kruger National Park, we'll already have experienced a taste of the natural beauty that South Africa has to offer.

Johannesburg - Private Lodge

From the Kruger gate, keep your eyes peeled for the Big Five. Your guide will be able to point out other interesting wildlife and plants along the way. Don't forget to bring your camera to capture all the amazing sights. Lunch can be enjoyed at one of the picnic spots or rest camps within the park, where you can stretch your legs and take in the scenery. After lunch, the game drive continues, with the possibility of spotting nocturnal animals as the sun begins to set. We head back to camp where dinner awaits

Private Lodge

After peaceful nights rest we start with fresh coffee and rusks, before embarking on our morning experience. You will be accompanied by experienced guides who will lead you through the wilderness, sharing their knowledge and insights about the local flora and fauna. Late afternoon an open game drive is in order. During the drive, we will have the opportunity to witness the breathtaking savannah and observe nocturnal animals emerging from their hiding places. As dusk approaches, we pull over and enjoy a sundowner drink, while watching the magnificent sunset over the African bushveld. We return to the lodge for a welcoming dinner.

Panorama Route - Kruger Park

Breakfast is served before exploring the Panorama Route, offering stunning views of the Blyde River Canyon, God's Window, and Bourke's Luck Potholes. The tour offers a chance to learn about South Africa's rich history and culture. An own expense lunch is provided. The next two nights, guests will stay at Skukuza Safari Lodge, where experienced guides lead daily game drives through the park's diverse landscapes. With luck, they may spot iconic wildlife like lions, elephants, and giraffes in their natural habitat.

Kruger National Park

Waking with the birds, we depart the lodge at sunrise on an exhilarating day of game viewing. The cool morning air fills our lungs as we set out in search of Africa's iconic wildlife. With our cameras at the ready, we eagerly anticipate the thrill of spotting lions, Leopards, and Wild Dogs in their natural habitat. We will stop off at a picnic area for a sumptuous breakfast which has been prepacked by the lodge. As we venture deeper into the wilderness, the vast savannah landscape stretches out before us, offering a glimpse of the diverse and captivating wildlife that calls Africa home. A night safari departs at 20h00pm and promises an unforgettable experience as we search for nocturnal creatures under the starry African sky.

Kruger Park - Johannesburg

After a relaxed breakfast, we depart the Kruger National Park and make our way back to Johannesburg driving through Banana Plantations, Citrus Orchards and on to the N4 toll route. The scenery along the way is breathtaking, with rolling hills and picturesque landscapes. As we approach Johannesburg, we reflect on the incredible wildlife sightings and unforgettable experiences we had during our time in Kruger National Park.
