A once in a lifetime experience where you may enjoy Arica’s Wildlife as well as meet with our Local Community on the outskirts of the Kruger National Park.  Sit back and relax while we take care of the driving and your knowledgeable guides takes you on a relaxing drive within the park stopping off for photo opportunities of our Antelope as well as hoping to spot our Big Five.

 Time to get to know the Local Community on the outskirts of the park and learn more about their Culture and meet the Children at Schools and Orphanages with a traditional lunch enjoyed at the local restaurant in the Village.

    Bring comfortable shoes or sandals, Cool Clothing in Summer ( Shorts and T Shirts) Long Pants and Jacket in Winter, Swimsuit (All camps have swimming pools), Malaria Medication and anti Mosquito Sprays, Personal Medications, Sunglasses, Hat and Sunscreen, Flashlight, Binoculars, Camera and spare memory Cards, Travel Adapter Plug. (These can be purchased in the park).

Day 1 | Johannesburg - Kruger Park - Nkambeni or Pretoriuskop
After being collected by your Nhongo Safaris shuttle we make our way to White River to meet up with your guide for your safari. We make our way to the Numbi Gate of the Kruger National Park where we enter and either make our way to Nkambeni or Pretoriuskop camp which is home for the next three nights.

Day 2 Kruger Park - Nkambeni or Pretoriuskop
Everything starts early in the Kruger park in order to have a greater chance of seeing game, so you’ll get a wake-up call at 05h30am in order to get on the road when the gates open.  We spend the day searching for the Big 5 and what ever else there is to see in Kruger with its 590 species of birds, various antelope, Cheetah and Wild Dog sightings to name a few.  We return to camp by 15h30 after a great day in Kruger giving you time to shower, or just relax before dinner at 19h00pm.

Day 3 Cultural Village Tour with your Local Guide
This morning an early morning game drive from 05h30am till 08h30am before breakfast and then we meet our Cultural Guide at Numbi gate by 10h00am to embark on your days journey through the Village where he was born and experience the life of the local community  with a visit to Local Schools, Creche, Hospital and Orphanage while learning about their cultures and more about the community in the area.  Lunch shall be provided at a local restaurant where you will be able to enjoy traditional African Cuisine and  local drink while enjoying a traditional dance show which has a story behind each dance put on by the Local community.  Part of your payment for the safari will be given back to the Community to better en-rich their lives.  We return back to camp by 16h30pm after spending a wonderful day meeting our locals in the area. New friendships are made hence our slogan Arrive as Strangers but Leave as Friends.

Day 4 Kruger Park - Johannesburg (B)
This morning you have the opportunity of going out on another early morning game drive before departure back to White River to connect with our return shuttle to Johannesburg or Nelspruit Airport. You will return to Johannesburg OR Tambo Airport by 16h00pm or back to your hotel.
